You can see Tripadvisor's own ranked list here. All of these attractions happen to be part of the Historical Centre of Milan. Here are, in my opinion, the Top 5 attractions in Milan for visitors & tourists : 1) Milan Cathedral, 2) Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, at the rectory adjoining the (church) Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie, 3) Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II at Piazza del Duomo, 4) La Scala opera theater, 5) Sforza Castle. Most of the top attractions are around that Duomo heart of the city. Milano Centrale Station where you will be staying, despite its name, is around 3 km / 2 miles northeast of the Duomo centre of Milan, and there is not much to attract tourists around there. ![]()
